Whenever we see the bounties of Allah, for example, a beautiful thing we say Mashallah without any hesitation. It has become a routine thing in many Muslim cultures. Hence, Mashallah Tabarakallah can be used to thank Allah, gratify his bounties, praise his creations, or protect ourselves from the evil eye.
Thanking Allah after eating also serves as a spiritual practice to develop mindfulness and gratitude in my everyday life. It helps me recognize and appreciate the abundance of blessings that I often take for granted. By expressing my gratitude, I am reminded of the importance of being thankful for both the big and small blessings in life.
If something really cool or special happens, saying Subhanallah means to say “wow” and thank Allah. When hearing good news, saying Subhanallah is a leads to show happiness and thanks to Allah for the good thing. When thinking about the big world or how things are made by Allah, saying Subhanallah shows amazement and love for Allah’s work.
Also how about offering 2 units of prayer for thanks on a DAILY BASIS for eeman which ALLAH gave us without asking for it or any other specific ability which ALLAH blesses any person? Say for example a Qari with good voice offering prayer of thankfulness on a daily basis.
